I had meant to post this yesterday, but the dessert wasn’t frozen enough for pretty pictures, so here it is! (Goodful, again)
- 3 bananas
- 400g greek yogurt
- 30g peanut butter
- 50g dark chocolate chips
- Cut up the bananas and put them in a bowl. Let them freeze for about an hour.
- In a mixie, add the frozen bananas, greek yogurt and peanut butter. Grind
- Once you arrive at a smooth paste, transfer to a bowl. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Scoop it off like ice-cream!
